- What payment options do you accept? We accept cash, UPI, and Google Pay, Bank Transfer.
- Do you offer COD or pay later options? No, we do not currently offer COD or pay later options.
- Is there a minimum order quantity requirement? Yes, there is a minimum order quantity of 2 pieces per item, and the total order amount should be at least Rs. 8,000.
- How are shipping and packing fees calculated? Shipping fees are charged based on actual costs, which typically amount to around Rs. 500-600 for a Rs.10,000 order. The fees may vary depending on the size of the carton and the volume of items ordered. Packing fees range from Rs. 95-120 per carton.
- How can I place an order? Simply add the desired products to your cart, adjust the quantity as needed, and proceed to checkout. You do not need to make a payment to place an order. Once we receive your order, we will calculate the shipping and packing fees and send an invoice to your WhatsApp number. You can review the invoice and clarify any questions before making the payment. We will provide a tracking ID the day after payment is received, and it usually takes 5-6 days for orders to arrive after dispatch.
- Do you offer any discounts? We do not offer discounts for orders below Rs. 1,00,000. For cash payments over Rs. 1,00,000, we may be able to offer a small discount.
- What happens if I received a broken product – Please note that we do not offer refunds, replacements, or accept returns for items that get damaged or broken during transit. However, we take great care to ensure that our products are not shipped in damaged or broken condition. We are known for our excellent packaging and 99.99% of our items arrive safely without any damage. As a suggestion, when shopping online and expecting a delivery, it’s always a good idea to make an uncut opening video of the package. While we don’t accept claims for damaged items, such a video can help you prove any damages that may have occurred during transit.

Accommodations: If you’re visiting from out of town, we recommend staying at the OYO Status Inn (1500INR), which is only a 3-4 minute walk from our store. Alternatively, you can stay at the Super OYO Townhouse OAK Hw Residency, which is around 1.5 kms from our location. Both options are priced around 1k-1.5k. If you’re staying at the OYO Status Inn, you can also check out Dilaram Bazar (for Food options), which is only a 2-minute walk away.
Hotel Sun Grand on EC Road (1800 INR) is also around 1.5 kms.
Dining: We recommend trying Desi Adda Restaurant for non-vegetarian options and Anandam for vegetarian options. If you’re interested in trying Dehradun’s famous food, we recommend Kalsang Restaurant (Tibetan and Chinese options) and Singh Soup Bar on Rajpur Road. Other nearby eateries include – Nany’s (1km) and Bake masters (2.5kms) for famous bakery products. Bungalow fine dining (2kms) and GIP Pub(3kms).
Transportation: If you need transportation around Dehradun, you can hire a bike for the whole day. Please remember that Dehradun has surprise police checks, so always wear a helmet. If you prefer using ride-sharing apps, Ola is available in Dehradun. For local items delivery, Rapido works fine.
